I am a classically trained chef,with 25 yrs of experince around the world. Although my knowledge is vast and extremely well balanced, I have 0 hrs cooking on a vessel of any sort in a professional manner other that leisure craft. I am really hoping to be able to get on board as a chef/sous/cook just to gain the expereince needed to keep my foot in the door. After a long land carreer and talking with many people within the yachting industry, this is the side of the industry I want to be in now at this stage of my carreer, it falls into how I perceive food and the quality and care that should be taken when serving food in its truest form when it comes to ones palate. What better way than to do it in elegance and style in and to those accustomed to the finest things in life..
