Good Evening to you,
My name is Neil Waters and I am a 25 years old Hospitality Industry professional, with a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Commercial studies, with a diploma in Information Technology, along with 7 years experience in the Hotel Field.

I am a specialist in Guest and Customer relations and have been trained in and have thorough knowledge of the 'LHW'-Leading Hotels of the World and Leader's Club and Inflight Managemen!

I also hold a 'STCW' - Certificate, from Royal Caribbean International cruises, Pvt, Ltd.

I wish to aquire a job in the Guest services department of the Yatching or the cruise industry,I speak English, Hindi, Marathi and French.
