Hello, my name is Nate. I am 30 years old. I have almost a decade and 1/2 of professional cooking experience, ten years of that management and a lifetime of on the water know how. I grew up on Lake Ontario(One of the "Great Lakes"). My family has boats and I instructed sailing there when I was in my late teens.

I am looking for a job to be a crew member/chef for a boat of almost any size. I am organized & clean. I can plan out menus, cook, and maintain a boat.
I am not a pre-Madonna.
I am easy to get along with.
I am very flexible and able to adjust to new and constantly changing environment.
I have no restrictions on what I will or will not do. (Well... to a point anyhow)
I want to get my foot in the door in this industry and will work for a fairly low rate of pay to get in.
