Hi,

Well first I would like to know, how many people have find their job from internet and without interview!. And if there is someone like that would he/she tell how did captain and other crew take in boat, was that hard to get in new environment where nobody didnt know you and you didnt know anybody from the boat?. If there still be this kind situation where nobody would be in same country and nobody talk same language, how they take it!.
