Lovely furnished private home located in Tarpon River At Davie Blvd & SW 4th Avenue. Your choice:

Master bedroom (13.5x9)in suite full bath, walk in closet & attic storage. $700.
I will be purchasing new curtains, waiting to see if you have your own bedding.

Smaller (10.5x9) bedroom shared bath $575.

Queen size bed's in both and use of your own living room (24 x11),
I use the Den(17 x14).
Kitchen (12 x11) and laundry use. There is also a dining room (17x 12).
Screened in patio porch with BBQ and seating for entertaining & outdoor smoking.(12 x10), over looks large fenced in yard.
If renting the master, you will have your own driveway and the other one will be shared.

I would like nice easy going trust worthy guy, no drug, no drama. Sociable and fun to be around, I am a Chef and sometimes like to have at home dinners.I don't care if you like to drink but, please no drugs!
I would like it if you would rent for three months or longer, (we can discuss this) You need to pay on time. First, last and $300 security deposit.
