hello there my name is Jackson Bailey, I'm very interested in your add for a deckhand if it is still available. I have very little sailing experience, I do have general boating experience. But I don't believe I would be an asset by my boating experience alone. Common sense goes a long ways in this world, and as I've come to find out, a lot a people don't have it. I have good work ethic, and have worked many different jobs. My resilency and resourcefulness has supported my travelling to many different countries in the last five years. I am young (24) male, very active, and very easy. Surfing has been my release a may remain that way forever, but, travelling the world by sea has always been in the cards for me, and I'm feeling lately that the timing is now right for it. So I'd be more than entusiastic to make a wage learning. I can probably say maybe ten words in french, but like any language, a little effort and some native speakers can change that in a hurry. Just wondering if the position is still available??

I have worked on boats previously, but am a little rusty. However, I am a fast learner and love being on the sea, so no task is too challenging.

I have been a waitress and bar person in a silver service restaurant, so I am comfortable with achieving the high standards expected, and I have sailed from Tonga to Fiji, so understand the need to be able to work well in confined spaces.
